3.01 He Ain't a Hottie, He's My Brother

• Summary: Miley is horrified when she finds out that Lilly has a secret crush on Jackson, and is shocked to find out that Jackson has a crush on Lilly. To keep them apart, she tells them both that the other isn't interested, but her conscience catches up with her.


3.02 Ready, Set, Don't Drive

• Summary: Although she's hoping to be the first in her class to drive, Miley fails her driver's license test. She then successfully schemes for a pass by returning to the exam office as Hannah Montana, wowing the star-struck clerk. But when Miley accidentally drives for miles with her turn signal on, she's pulled over by a police officer, shows Hannah Montana's license and is taken into custody until she can convince the police officer and his daughter that she's really Hannah Montana. Meanwhile, it's every man for himself with Rico as a house guest at the Stewarts.


3.03 Don't Go Breaking My Tooth

• Summary: When Miley insists on going to the dentist without her father's hand to hold she ultimately can't go through with the treatment but doesn't admit it to Robby. Her appearance as Hannah on a popular food show goes completely awry as a result of her swollen tooth.


3.04 You Never Give Me My Money

• Summary: Miley finds that she is always running low on her allowance so she asks Robby for a raise. Much to her surprise, he not only raises it but also gives Miley her own checking account. Practicing self-control is easy at first, but Miley finds temptation hard to resist when she takes a trip to the local mall, and discovers that Robby is teaching her a lesson about financial responsibility.


3.05 Killing Me Softly With His Height

• Summary: While Christmas shopping at the mall, Miley meets Connor, a cute guy who's considerably shorter than her. Although self-conscious, she accepts his offer for a date only to spend it inadvertently yet repeatedly referencing their height difference. He soon ends the disastrous evening leaving Miley feeling shallow yet determined to get a second chance with him. Meanwhile, Jackson and Robby bend over backwards to please their neighbor, Dontzig, in exchange for a letter of recommendation to help get Jackson into his Dad's alma mater.


3.06 Would I Lie to You, Lilly?

• Summary: Lilly holds a yard sale to raise money for a class trip to Washington, D.C., and Miley pays customers to buy items at the sale; Rico hires an aggressive environmentalist to work at the surf shop, but he isn't happy when she implements extreme eco-friendly measures.


3.07 You Gotta Lose This Job

• Summary: Miley, as Hannah, purposely blows a movie audition with director Rob Reiner to make Oliver feel better about not getting into a band; Jackson uses Rico as his ventriloquist dummy at a birthday party after Rico destroys the original puppet.

• Summary: When Hannah Montana guests on the "Mack and Mickey" show, her casual comment about disliking carrots causes her fans to stop eating them. So Hannah goes back on the show to make amends, but lets it slip that she prefers watching movies over reading books. Hannah discovers she must balance being a good role model with staying true to herself. Meanwhile, Jackson and Oliver are approached to model for a brochure on meeting handsome guys. They jump at the chance, but find out later they were photographed as the type to avoid.


3.09 Papa's Got a Brand New Friend

• Summary: Hannah and her dancers are desperate to find a replacement for their usual choreographer, Tina, after she injures herself. Hannah and Robby finally decide to hire the abrasive yet qualified Shawn Nahnah. But when the sessions begin, Hannah wants to fire him only to discover that he's become Robby's friend. Meanwhile, Oliver is tired of being bossed around by his girlfriend, Joannie, but is too scared to break up with her. So on Jackson's advice, Oliver pretends to have new strange habits so Joannie will break up with him first.


3.10 Cheat It

• Summary: As a publicity stunt, Hannah pretends to be the girlfriend of fellow celebrity Austin Rain when, in reality, they can’t stand each other. Then she learns Jackson is planning to cheat on a test and in order to point out what he’s doing is wrong; she must first come clean about Hannah and Austin Rain’s white lie. Meanwhile, Robby is tricked into buying the Señor Steam and, much to his dismay, learns Rico's family owns the company and in order to get a discount, he must do business with Rico himself.


3.11 Knock Knock Knockin' on Jackson's Head

• Summary: When Jackson has a temporary memory loss, Miley dupes him into thinking he worships her. Although she relishes the attention at first, she realizes just how much she misses the playful sparring between them. Meanwhile, Rico's competitive cousin, Angus, is in town from Australia so Rico asks Lilly to pretend to be his girlfriend in exchange for math lessons. Lilly reluctantly agrees but discovers that Angus' so-called girlfriend also has an agenda.


3.12 You Give Lunch a Bad Name

• Summary: Vicki Lawrence guest stars as Miley and Jackson’s Mamaw, who returns to keep an eye out when Robby heads off to his high school reunion. Things get worse when Mamaw steps in for the school cafeteria lady and runs the place with an iron fist, soon alienating the entire student body. Anxious to get rid of Mamaw but not wanting to hurt her feelings, Miley and Jackson hatch a plan that includes a visit from the “health inspector.”


3.13 What I Don't Like About You

• Summary: When Miley returns home after finishing work on her new movie, she discovers that Lilly and Oliver are dating and soon, they put her in the middle of an argument and ask her to choose sides. Meanwhile, Jackson pretends to be a philanthropist to impress Catherine, a college recruiter.

• Summary: Miley inadvertently agrees to go to prom with Aaron, the school nerd. When the chance comes up to record a duet with David Archuleta, Miley uses it as an excuse to flake on her date. However, guilt takes over and Miley does the right thing after realizing the importance of keeping a promise. Meanwhile, Robby helps Jackson realize the benefits of enrolling in college.


3.15 Once, Twice, Three Times Afraidy

• Summary: Miley tries to convince Lilly and Oliver that she is content being single, but when she meets cutie Adam, she is excited for her friends to meet him. However, when Adam cancels at the last minute, he sends his slimy roommate Ralphie to take his place. Determined to look happy to Lilly and Oliver, Miley pretends that Ralphie is her new boyfriend but when he refuses to leave, she must figure out a way to get rid of him without blowing her cover. Meanwhile, when Jackson gets injured at Rico's, Rico starts being nice to him but Jackson has a hard time believing his sincerity.

Miley offers to help, and the new radio team, Smiley Miley and Smokin' Oken, become an overnight sensation. But soon, Miley finds it hard to juggle her Hannah Montana commitments and keep her promise to help Oliver.

• Summary: Miley repeatedly tries but fails to gently tell Robby that she's dating Jake Ryan again. Soon, her dad winds up believing she's trying to hide something from him. 3.19 Super(stitious) Girl

• Summary: While on the ship deck, Miley loses the charm ankle bracelet that her mother gave her and when things start to go wrong, she is sure it's because she lost her lucky charm. Meanwhile, Cody tells Bailey that he has a close friendship with Hannah and promises great seats to her concert.

3.20 I Honestly Love You (No, Not You)

• Summary: While in the hospital recovering from a concert injury, Miley overhears Oliver say "I love you." Assuming he was saying it to her, Miley tells Lilly, and they hatch a plan to remind Oliver of his feelings for Lilly.

• Summary: Miley accidentally reveals an embarrassing secret about Jackson during a live radio interview, and to make up for it, takes him to a cool party. When her own embarrassing secret is revealed, she blames Jackson and purposely embarrasses him in front of his crush, only to find out Lilly was the one who let it slip. Meanwhile, Rico asks Robby to teach him how to country line dance to impress a girl.

3.22 B-B-B-Bad to the Chrome
• Original AirDate: August 23, 2009
• Summary: After Mamaw comes to visit, driving cross-country in her old car, Miley, Jackson and Robby decide it's time to get her a new one, without realizing how attached she is to "Loretta." After they trade in her old car for a nice new one, Mamaw is so distraught that they try to get it back, only to find it's already been sold to the junk yard. When they're too late to save it from being scrapped, they must find a way to recreate her beloved car. Meanwhile, business starts to suffer at Rico's after Oliver gets in a fight with Lilly for forgetting their 100 day anniversary.

3.23 Uptight (Oliver's Alright)

• Summary: When Miley and Lilly learn that Oliver has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, the misguided pair become the "food police" at Traci's Sweet 16 party. After a very strange evening, Oliver puts an end to their meddling ways and misconceptions and they ultimately learn that with the support of their friends, they can navigate any challenge.

3.24 Judge Me Tender

• Summary: Hannah fills in for Kara DioGuardi alongside judges Andy and Byron on reality show "America's Top Talent." Her stint as a guest judge turns complicated when Oliver auditions and delivers a knock-out performance. Oliver turns into a heartthrob overnight and gets so caught up with the attention, he neglects Lilly, so when he is scheduled to perform again, Lilly pressures Miley to give him a bad review so he won't advance to the next round. Much to their dismay, he delivers another great performance and Miley finds herself stuck between being honest or helping Lilly. Meanwhile, as punishment for receiving a traffic ticket, Robby makes Jackson clean the attic. When another ticket arrives, father and son discover a case of mistaken identity.

3.25 Can't Get Home To You, Girl

• Summary: It is Lilly's birthday and Miley has promised her that she will return from her out-of-state concert to celebrate. Meanwhile, Jackson is tired of hearing Lilly whine about Miley's absence, so when Rico arrives with two tickets to a basketball game, he gladly accepts.

• Summary: Miley doesn't exactly make an impact when she auditions for the starring role of a cartoon duck, so Kyle, a professional voice-over actor, offers his advice. When she is still unable to impress the director, Miley tries an assortment of techniques, including working with a real duck, to land the part. Meanwhile, Rico tries to transform "Rico's" into a high-end restaurant by utilizing fancy restaurant gadgets like electronic pagers and a number dispenser.

3.27 Got To Get Her Out of My House

• Summary: Miley feels guilty for accidentally getting Lilly fired from her job. When Miley convinces Lilly to become their housekeeper, her cleaning techniques drive the Stewarts up the wall, so Miley and Jackson devise a plan to get Lilly's old job back. Meanwhile, Oliver takes a job at Rico's, who tries to make Oliver miserable enough to quit.

3.28 The Wheel Near My Bed (Keeps On Turnin')

• Summary: When Lilly's mom accepts a job in Atlanta, Robby invites Lilly to move into the Stewart home.
